The Melco Technologies Call Centre will be fully equipped with Pentium IV workstations and Dual Processing Servers. Our network will be one of the latest advancements in the IT industry; using the new enhanced CAT5 cabling for lightning speeds of data transfer.

Our telecommunications infrastructure will consists of Avaya Digital ACD telephone systems with a fibre optic International Private Lease Circuit (IPLC), connected to a mux at both ends which transfers voice and data information at 2mb/second; allowing for clear and consistent voice transmission with no delay.

Our onsite connectivity and electricity infrastructure will be supported by:

  • 2 dedicated Earth Stations of 120Mbps and 40Mbps.
  • International leased data and voice connectivity by VSNL, BSNL, MTNL and Worldcom.
  • Domestic leased data and voice connectivity by VSNL & MTNL.
  • Enhanced CAT5 structured cabling for voice and data transfer over the internet and Local Area Network (LAN).
  • State of the art telecommunication by a fibre optic network.
  • ISDN services with voice, data, video conferencing, e-mail and fax transmissions.
  • Independent dedicated ISDN capable Digital Telephone Exchanges.
